    haarder per person
  • coarse salt
 

Method

 
Gut the haarders by making an incision along the bottom of the fish. Sprinkle with coarse salt on the outside and arrange in a folding grill. Grill slowly, turning regularly until cooked. The fish is done when you butterfly it and the bones are slightly loose.
