In a bowl, thoroughly mix together all the ingredients with only half the avocado.Add the rest of the avocado so you keep a little of the chunkiness throughout.Ladled over nachos, generously added to a burrito, as an epic dip, on a burger or even on its own, this is the most divine mash up, and healthy too.
