Grilled pork chops

    pork chops, excess fat removed
  • 410

    tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 30
    ml
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 30
    ml
    chutney
  • 15
    ml
    honey
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1
    ml
    peri-;peri
  • salt to taste
 

Method

 
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towelling. Mix the remaining ingredients and marinate the chops in the mixture for two to four hours. Preheat a cast-iron griddle pan until hot. Brush with oil and fry the chops on both sides until done. Alternatively, grill or braai the chops. Baste with the marinade while grilling. Serve with potatoes and a fresh salad.
