Ingredients (6)

6.00 bananas
SAUCE
50.00 ml butter
65.00 ml brown sugar — soft
45.00 ml golden syrup
45.00 ml cream — thick
vanilla — essence

Method:

Grill the bananas in their skins over the coals or under the oven grill until the skins turn black.
Blend all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan. Heat until the butter and sugar have melted.
Serve with the grilled bananas. The sauce keeps well in the fridge for up to two weeks.
