Ingredients (10)

4.00 pita breads
100.00 g feta cheese — cubed
125.00 g green beans — blanched
100.00 g olives — black, pitted and chopped
2.00 tomatoes — diced
lettuce
garlic — cloves
LEMON SAUCE
170.00 ml sour cream
15.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
15.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Warm pitas in a 180 ºC oven. Cut open pockets and fill with feta cheese, beans, olives, tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
LEMON SAUCE: Combine all ingredients thoroughly and serve with filled pita breads.
