    sour cream

    crushed garlic

    lemon juice
 

Method

 
Warm pitas in a 180 ºC oven. Cut open pockets and fill with feta cheese, beans, olives, tomatoes and lettuce leaves. LEMON SAUCE: Combine all ingredients thoroughly and serve with filled pita breads.
