    oats
  • 100
    g
    pumpkin seeds
  • 50
    g
    sunflower seeds
  • 50
    g
    almonds, chopped
  • 100
    g
    butter
  • 3
    Tbs
    honey
  • 100
    g
    brown sugar
  • 100
    g
    goji berries
  • 1
    tsp
    ground cinnamon
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Place oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds onto a baking tray and roast in the oven for 10 minutes or until lightly golden and toasted.
Melt butter, honey and sugar in a pot until butter has melted and sugar has dissolved.
Add toasted seed mix, goji berries and cinnamon and stir until well combined.
Spoon into a lightly greased baking tin and press down firmly.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool in tin before cutting into bars.
Serve with tea or coffee or as a lunch box snack.
