    xanthan (guar) gum

    coarsely chopped mixed nuts

    dry fat-free milk powder

    instant yeast

    lukewarm water

    apple cider vinegar
  • 2
    large eggs, lightly beaten
 

Method

90 mins
 
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the liquid ingredients and stir until everything comes together. Stir to form a smooth dough. Place the dough in a greased bread tin and cover with a damp cloth. Leave in a warm place to rise until it has doubled in size.

2. Bake in a preheated oven for 1½ hours until cooked through.
