Ingredients (14)

500.00 ml rice flour — white
65.00 ml potato flour
190.00 ml tapioca flour
30.00 ml soya flour
12.00 ml xanthan gum
15.00 ml linseeds
50.00 ml mixed nuts — chopped
125.00 ml milk — fat-free powder
12.00 ml salt
30.00 ml sugar
25.00 ml Superbake Instant Yeast
375.00 ml water — lukewarm
8.00 ml vinegar — apple cider
2.00 eggs — large, slighly beaten

Method:

1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a
large mixing bowl. Add the liquid
ingredients and stir until everything comes
together. Stir to form a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a greased bread tin
and cover with a damp cloth. Leave in
a warm place to rise until it has doubled
in size.

2. Bake in a preheated oven for 1½ hours
until cooked through.
