Glazed gammon steaks with peaches

Ingredients (8)

25.00 g butter
1.00 peach — ripe, peeled and diced
25.00 g brown sugar
2.00 ml Dijon mustard
2.00 gammon — steaks
5.00 ml green peppercorns
peaches — and coriander, to garnish
potatoes — and green beans, to serve

Method:

1. Place the butter in a shallow, flat dish and cook on HIGH for 1 minute to melt. Add the diced peach, cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in the sugar and mustard and cook, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 minutes.
3. Add the gammon steaks with the green peppercorns. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes, turning once.
4. Just before serving, place the dish under a preheated grill for 2 minutes to glaze the steaks. Garnish with fresh peach slices and coriander sprigs, and serve with new potatoes and French beans.
