Glazed carrots

  • 500
    g
    frozen baby carrots
  • water
  • 90
    g
    butter
  • 125
    ml
    sugar
  • salt and pepper
 

Method

 
Boil baby carrots in a little water for 6 minutes, then drain. Cook slowly with butter and sugar until soft and glazed. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
