Garlic potatoes with olive oil

    medium to large potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
  • 30
    olive oil
  • 5
    coarse salt
  • 3
    cloves garlic, crushed


15 minutes
Place the potatoes in a roasting pan.
Drizzle with half the olive oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with salt and roast in a preheated 200 °C oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.
Toss halfway through cooking.
Mix remaining oil with garlic, drizzle over the potatoes and serve hot.
