Garlic mussels

Ingredients

  • 6
    fresh cooked or frozen mussels
  • 6
    brown bread fingers
  • 3
    (or more) garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 125
    ml
    butter
 

Method

 
Immerse the mussels in hot water for 5 minutes.
Arrange the mussels in a circle on a plate, alternating with the bread fingers.
Heat the garlic and butter and when the butter has melted pour it over the mussels and bread.
Heat in the microwve for 30 seconds or until just warm.
Serve immediately.
