Garlic anc chilli prawns (gambas)

    g
    frozen prawns, shelled
  • 60
    ml
    olive oil
  • 2
    garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1
    giant red chilli, depipped and finely chopped
  • 1
    lime, juice
 

Method

 
Defrost prawns in cold water.
Heat the oil and fry the garlic and chilli until fragrant.
Add the prawns and fry quickly until just done and pink.
Add the lime juice and serve immediately.
