Fruity pork stir-fry

    oil
  • 400
    g
    pork fillet, cut into larger strips
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 20
    ml
    sweet chilli sauce
  • 20
    ml
    soft brown sugar
  • 5
    ml
    light soy sauce
  • 30
    ml
    orange juice
  • 1
    Granny Smith apple, cut into cubes
  • noodles or rice, to serve
 

Method

10 min
 
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add pork and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients, except the apple and noodles. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add apple. Simmer for a further 2-3 minutes. Serve with prepared noodles or rice. Serves 4.
