Fruit juice jelly

  • 150
    ml
    water
  • 45
    ml
    gelatine powder
  • 1
    Litres
    fruit juice
  • 75
    g
    sugar, or to taste
 

Method

 
Pour water into a saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over and simmer over low heat until dissolved. Combine with fruit juice and sugar, strain into a 1,5 litre (6 cup) oblong glass mould or loaf pan, rinsed and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, and chill in the fridge until set. Unmould, cut into squares and serve in tall glasses.
