    peach
  • 1
    pear
  • 1
    red apple with peel, cored
  • 1
    kiwi fruit
  • 1
    mango
  • 1
    banana
  • 100
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 100
    ml
    brandy
 

Method

 
Slice the fruit into strips.
Heat a saucepan and add the fruit and sprinkle with the sugar.
Stir-fry the fruit until heated through but not mushy.
Add the brandy and shake the pan until the flame has died down.
Serve with ice cream.
