    butter
  • 110

    castor sugar
  • 80
    ml
    raisins
  • 50
    ml
    glacé cherries, quartered
  • 100
    g
    unsalted peanuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 80
    g
    dessicated coconut
  • 140
    g
    cake flour
 

Method

30 minutes
 
Grease a 20 cm square pan.
Melt butter and stir in all the other ingredients.
Press into prepared pan and bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool overnight.
Cut into slices the following day.
