Frozen yoghurt lollies

Ingredients

  • 360
    g
    fresh fruit of your choice, preferably lower GI fruit *
  • (equivalent to 3 fruit portions)
  • 500
    ml
    low fat yoghurt, vanilla or fruit

Wash and peel all the fruit and remove the pips if necessary. Cut the fruit into chunks. Add half of the yoghurt to the fruit and puree the mixture to make a pulp. Add the rest of the yoghurt and mix well. Pour into ice-lolly moulds and freeze overnight.

*Low GI fruit is deciduous fruit and berries such as pears, peaches, plums, apples, strawberries and cherries.
