    grated orange peel

    orange juice
  • 500
    ml
    self-raising flour
  • BUTTER ICING
  • 500
    ml
    icing sugar
  • 45
    ml
    butter
  • 15
    ml
    orange juice
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 180 ºC. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add orange peel, juice and flour. Mix well. Spoon mixture into 18-20 cupcake cases. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool, then cover with icing and sugared petals. BUTTER ICING: Beat ingredients together until smooth.
