    butter

    medium-sized onions, sliced
  • 3
    rashers bacon, chopped
  • 200

    shrimps, drained
  • 50
    ml
    peas
  • 3
    eggs, lightly whisked
  • 675
    g
    cooked rice
  • 2
    spring onions, sliced
  • 15
    ml
    soy sauce
 

Method

 
Heat oil and butter in a large saucepan and sauté the onion and bacon for 1 minute. Add the shrimps and peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the eggs, stirring continuously until the egg has set. Add rice and mix well. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with spring onions and soy sauce.
