    butter
  • 1
    onion, finely sliced
  • 0.50
    cabbage, finely shredded
  • 80
    ml
    caraway or cumin seeds
  • 5
    ml
    Salt and pepper to taste

1. Melt butter, add onions and fry until transparent.
2. Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft, but still green. Add caraway or cumin seeds and season with salt and pepper.
