Fresh kiwi fruit with mango sauce

    g
    mangoes in syrup, drained
  • 500
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 45
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 6
    kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • mint leaves
  • ice cream (optional)
 

Method

 
Slice the mangoes and process until smooth in a food processor, along with the yoghurt, cream and sugar. Serve with the kiwi fruit and garnish with mint leaves. Serve with ice cream if desired.
