    kapenta (dry or fresh)
  • 125
    ml
    oil
  • 2
    onions, chopped
  • 3
    tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 10
    ml
    salt
  • 3
    ml
    flavour enhancer
 

Method

 
1. Fry cleaned kapenta until brown. 2. Add onion and tomato and mix. Simmer for 5 minutes.
