    ml
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    water
  • 250
    g
    soft dried apricots
  • 5
    ml
    chilli jam
  • 125
    ml
    cream, whipped
  • 125
    ml
    natural yoghurt
 

Method

 
Heat sugar and water over low heat in a medium-sized saucepan and stir until sugar dissolves. Add apricots and chilli jam and cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, mix cream and yoghurt. Serve apricots hot, topped with a dollop of the cream/yoghurt mixture. Serves 4.
