Flat bread with rosemary and garlic

    quantity Basic flat loaf dough


Prepare the basic dough as described in the Basic flat loaf recipe. Add 1 crushed garlic clove and 10 ml (2 t) chopped fresh rosemary to the dough. Press 2 crushed garlic cloves and another 10 ml (2 t) fresh rosemary sprigs on top of the loaf. Continue preparation as described for the basic bread.
