Fish steaks with lemon and coriander cream

    firm-fleshed white fish steaks
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 60
    ml
    chopped fresh coriander
  • salt and milled black pepper
 

Method

 
Place 2,5 cm thick fish steaks in a shallow baking dish. Mix cream with lemon juice and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Pour lemon cream over fish steaks and bake at 200 ºC for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on kind of fish used. Serve the fish with baby potatoes and steamed green beans.
