Fig, Parma ham and buffalo mozzarella salad

    washed, fresh rocket
  • 125
    buffalo mozzarella
  • 10
    ripe figs, halved
  • 70
    Parma ham
  • honey to drizzle
  • 2
    croutons to serve
Servings: Change Serving



Arrange the rocket on a platter.

Divide the buffalo mozzarella and arrange on top of the rocket.

Arrange the figs and Parma ham.

Serve with drizzle of honey and croutons.

Serves four as a side.

Tip of the day

Basic basil care
Basil wilts quickly, but will perk up when left in cool water for about 30 minutes. Then blot the leaves dry and store them at room temperature in a tightly sealed bag. If basil is stored in the refrigerator, it turns black.
