  • 300
    g
    fea cheese
  • 300
    ml
    thick plain yoghurt
  • 2
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 5
    ml
    paprika
  • 2
    ml
    cayenne pepper
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 15
    ml
    olive oil
 

Method

 
Make this spread in advance and chill.
Process the feta cheese and yoghurt until smooth.
Add the garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the olive oil and chill until needed.
Serve with the potato cake.
Makes 500 ml spread.
