Fat-free mango and vanilla smoothie

A light and lean breakfast option. Great in Summer!

Ingredients

 
  • 200
    g
    ripe mango cut into cubes
  • 250
    ml
    fat-free plain yoghurt
  • 3 - 5
    ice cubes
  • 1
    vanilla pod
  • Juice of half a lemon
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Add the yoghurt, mango, lemon juice, ice blocks and the seeds from one vanilla pod to a blender and blitz.

Serve garnished with a few blueberries and a sprig of mint.
