Easy chicken bake

    Cheddar cheese, grated

    fresh white breadcrumbs
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and grease a 30 x 30 cm ovenproof dish with butter or non-stick spray. Shred the chicken meat and mix with the rice, sultanas, brandy, vegetables, green pepper and pineapple pieces. Mix the remaining ingredients (except the cheese and breadcrumbs) together and add to the chicken mixture. Mix and spoon into the prepared ovenproof dish. Combine the grated cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the chicken mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on top and heated through.
