Easy-as-pie chocolate tart

Ingredients

  • 200
    g
    ready-made puff pastry
  • 100
    g
    slab orange-flavoured dark chocolate
  • 2
    Tbs
    pistachio nuts, chopped
 

Method

Heat the oven to 200°C. Unroll the piece of pastry onto a baking tray. Place the slab of chocolate on one side and then fold over the other half of the pastry to cover the chocolate. Press down all three sides to seal. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown. Slice and sprinkle with nuts. Eat straight away while the chocolate is still warm.
