Dreamy hot malty chocolate

  • 200
    g
    dark chocolate
  • 60
    ml
    strong espresso
  • 1
    Litres
    milk
  • 45
    ml
    Horlicks
  • 15
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 5
    ml
    ground cinnamon
 

Method

 
Break chocolate into small pieces and place in a saucepan with espresso.
Heat until the chocolate has melted and then divide between four glasses.
Heat milk, Horlicks, sugar and cinnamon over low heat until sugar has dissolved.
Pour hot milk over chocolate mixture. Serve warm.

COOK'S NOTE:
This is not just another hot chocolate; it is seriously decadent.
Dip the rims of the glasses into melted chocolate and then into the brown sugar crystals, so when you sip you get an extra dose of chocolate.
