Dark chocolate cups with white chocolate mousse

Ingredients

  • 250
    ml
    whipping cream
  • 2
    large egg whites
  • 250
    g
    white chocolate, melted
  • 20
    bought mini dark-chocolate cups
  • small chocolate curls, to decorate
  • 15
    ml
    cocoa powder
 

Method

 
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Then whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold the melted chocolate into the whisked whites, and then fold in the whipped cream.

Spoon the mousse into the chocolate cups and refrigerate them for about an hour, until set.

Garnish with the chocolate curls and give each cup a light dusting of cocoa powder.
