Curried three-bean salad

    quantity basic curry sauce
  • 2
    cans baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 2
    cans kidney beans in tomato sauce
  • 2
    cans green beans, drained
  • 2
    onions, chopped
  • 2
    green peppers, seeded and cut into strips


Prepare the basic curry sauce as described. Add the remaining ingredients to the boiling curry sauce and boil, thoroughly. Spoon into sterilised jars while still hot and seal immediately. Makes about 2,5 litres salad.
