Ingredients (9)

500.00 g pasta — spaghetti, uncooked
250.00 ml tomato sauce
125.00 ml oil
125.00 ml vinegar — white garpe
160.00 g sugar
25.00 ml curry powder
Tabasco sauce — a few drops
1.00 pepper — green or red, strips
1.00 onion — finely chopped

Method:

Cook the spaghetti in rapidly boiling salted water until soft. Drain well.
Blend the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Pour over the spaghetti and mix lightly.
Cover and leave for a few hours or overnight, to allow the spaghetti to absorb the sauce.
Serve hot or cold with braaivleis.
