Crunchy chocolate cookies

  • 100
    g
    milk chocolate
  • 50
    ml
    butter
  • 40
    g
    puffed rice
 

Method

 
Melt the chocolate and butter over boiling water. Mix well. (They can also be melted on 50 per cent power in the microwave oven). Add the puffed rice and mix. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on a buttered sheet of aluminium foil. Leave to harden and store in an airtight container. Makes 24 cookies.
