    butter
  • 125
    ml
    orange juice
  • 1
    orange, grated peel
  • 125
    ml
    sugar
  • 50
    ml
    orange liqueur
  • 50
    ml
    cognac or brandy
 

Method

 
SAUCE: Melt butter in a saucepan over high heat. Add orange juice, grated peel and sugar and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add orange liqueur and stir until blended. TO SERVE: Heat crêpes and arrange on a warm serving platter. Pour sauce over. Heat cognac or brandy in a small saucepan, pour over crêpes and ignite.
