Creamy avocado sauce

Ingredients

  • 2
    ripe avocados, mashed
  • 1
    small onion, finely chopped
  • 1
    small sprig dill, chopped
  • 100
    ml
    thick plain yoghurt
  • lemon juice and rind to taste
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients together and season to taste with lemon juice and rind and salt and pepper. Serve with the baked fish. Serves 4-6.
