Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

  • 250
    g
    fresh coriander - roughly chopped
  • 2
    cloves garlic
  • 1
    green chilli
  • 1/4
    tsp
    salt
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • A little water
 

Method

Add all ingredients, except the lemon juice, to a blender and blitz until smooth. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir well.
 
This is perfect with fried Indian snacks and curries.
