Cointreau sunsets

  • crushed ice
  • 1
    small nectarine, quartered
  • 2
    granadillas, pulp
  • 120
    ml
    Cointreau or other citrus-flavoured liqueur
  • Grenadine to taste
  • 400
    ml
    freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Angostura bitters to taste
 

Method

 
Fill 4 glasses with ice. Add a slice of nectarine and pulp of half a granadilla to each. Add 30 ml (2 tbsp) liqueur and a dash of grenadine to each and fill up carefully with orange juice. Add a dash of bitters. Serves 4.
