Coffee fudge frosting

Ingredients

  • 60
    g
    chocolate
  • 300
    g
    sugar
  • 125
    ml
    milk
  • 60
    g
    butter
  • 15
    ml
    syrup
  • 5
    ml
    instant Nescafé coffee granules
 

Method

2-3 minutes
 
1. Mix together all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and boil for one minute, stirring constantly. 2. Remove from the heat and cool. Beat with an electric beater until thick. Makes enough to coat a 22 cm cake.
