Clear soup with noodles

  • 25
    g
    vermicelli
  • 15
    ml
    Bovril
  • 300
    ml
    boiling water
 

Method

 
1. Cook vermicelli in boiling salted water until tender. Refresh and wash well under slow-running water. Drain in a strainer. 2. Dissolve the Bovril in boiling water to make a basic consommé. Add noodles and serve hot.
