Chutney-glazed cheese pâté

    mature Cheddar cheese, grated
  • dash tabasco sauce
  • 250
    g
    cream cheese
  • 5
    ml
    curry powder
  • 1
    ml
    salt
  • 45
    ml
    dry sherry
  • 125
    ml
    chutney
  • 1
    bunch spring onions, finely chopped
 

Method

 
Mix all ingredients, except chutney and spring onions. Spoon mixture into ramekins and chill until firm. TO SERVE: Spread chutney on top of cheese and garnish with spring onions. Makes 500 ml (2 cups).
