Ingredients (6)

125.00 ml cream
250.00 g dark chocolate — melted
COATINGS
60.00 ml icing sugar
60.00 ml cocoa powder
45.00 ml pistachio nuts — chopped
45.00 ml mixed nuts — chopped

Method:

Mix cream and chocolate and pour into a saucepan. Chill in freezer for 15 to 30 minutes, or until firm.
Scoop out with a teaspoon or melon baller and shape into small balls. Dip into coating of your choice and chill until ready to serve.
