    cream
  • 250
    g
    dark chocolate, melted
  • COATINGS
  • 60
    ml
    icing sugar
  • 60
    ml
    cocoa
  • 45
    ml
    chopped pistachio nuts
  • 45
    ml
    chopped mixed nuts
 

Method

 
Mix cream and chocolate and pour into a saucepan. Chill in freezer for 15 to 30 minutes, or until firm. Scoop out with a teaspoon or melon baller and shape into small balls. Dip into coating of your choice and chill until ready to serve.
