    g
    dark chocolate
  • 50
    ml
    Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk or cream
  • 50
    g
    white chocolate
 

Method

 
Melt dark chocolate. Add evaporated milk or cream and stir well until smooth and glossy. Pour over the cooled angel cake. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the dark chocolate coating to form a squiggly pattern.
