Chocolate squares

    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 2
    slabs (100 g each) dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 15
    ml
    toffee liqueur
  • 375
    ml
    raisins
  • 160
    ml
    coconut
 

Method

 
Spray a 31 x 23 cm baking sheet with non-stick spray. Mix the condensed milk and chocolate and slowly melt in a saucepan or in the microwave oven on 100 per cent power until the chocolate has melted. Stir continuously. Add the liqueur, raisins and coconut and mix well. Turn into the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Chill overnight or until set. Cut into squares and store in the fridge. Makes 36 squares.
