    dark chocolate (albany or bourneville)
  • 175
    ml
    water
  • 75
    g
    cocoa powder
  • 75
    g
    castor sugar
  • 75
    ml
    water
 

Method

 
1. Place chopped chocolate in a small saucepan; melt gently. 2. Mix cocoa, castor sugar and water to a smooth paste. Add cocoa paste to the melted chocolate. Mix well, bring to the boil and cool. Sauce can be served warm or cold.
