    Romany Creams, crushed
  • FILLING
  • 500
    ml
    fresh cream, chilled
  • 100
    ml
    milk
  • 90
    g
    instant chocolate pudding
  • 15
    ml
    sugar
  • 15
    ml
    rum
  • chocolate vermicelli
 

Method

 
Spray a 24 cm pie dish with non-stick spray. Mix the ingredients for the crust and press into the bottom of the pie dish. Whisk the cream, milk, chocolate pudding, sugar and rum together until thick. Pour over the set crust and chill until stiff. Sprinkle with chocolate vermicelli. Makes a medium-sized tart.
