Turn oven to 180°C and grease your tin.
Dust the inside with some flour too.
Put the flour, cocoa, sugar and water in a big mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla, vinegar and oil.
Whisk it all together with an electric whisk until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
Bake for 35 – 40 minutes.
Icing - A thin layer of melted chocolate mixed with a bit of cream works best for icing as it just needs a hint of sweetness to top off the moist, delicious cake.Recipe reprinted with permission from Girl With Cake, for more recipes click here.
