Melt together dark chocolate and butter, slowly until shiny and soft, in a double boiler.Chop pretzels and oreos.The chocolate cools quickly so take all of your ingredients out of their packaging ready to go, melt white chocolate for 20 second intervals in the microwave.Once dark chocolate is fully melted, spread in a medium sized baking tray somewhere around 35cm x 35cm.Drizzle a spoonful of white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate, add pretzels, smarties, Oreo chocolate slab, marshmallows and press down gently so that it sticks into the softened chocolate.
Sprinkle salt and drizzle white chocolate over the top.Let cool for at least 2 hours and use a very sharp knife to cut into squares.Recipe reprinted with permission of Milk and Cookies.
