Chocolate cookies

    g
    soft butter
  • 1
    large egg
  • 375
    ml
    mealie meal
  • 375
    ml
    potato flour
  • 175
    ml
    cornflour
  • 50
    ml
    cocoa powder
  • 250
    ml
    icing sugar
  • 100
    g
    dark chocolate, melted
 

Method

15 minutes
 
Beat the butter until light. Add the egg and beat well. Mix in the remaining Ingredients, except for the chocolate, to form a firm dough. Roll into walnut-shaped balls and arrange on a greased baking tray. Press each ball down with a fork and bake in preheated 150 ºC oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then dip half of each biscuit into the melted chocolate. Allow to set.
